How to request deletion
Send a deletion request to support@caloriescam.com from the email address associated with your CaloriesCam account, or include that account email in your request.
What to include
- Your account email address.
- A clear statement that you want the account deleted.
- Any relevant subscription or purchase details if the request relates to billing.
What happens next
We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with the request, except where retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, or contractual reasons.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active App Store, Google Play, or other marketplace subscription. Subscriptions should be canceled through the platform where the purchase was made.
